TESSY nominated for embedded award 2017 – Presentations from Razorcat at embedded world Conference 2017
Berlin, Germany, February 23, 2017 – At embedded world 2017, Razorcat (Hall 4 / 4-434) will showcase the latest version of TESSY, the high-performance and certified unit and integration test tool for embedded software. TESSY is one of the three products which have been nominated in the “Tools” category for the embedded award 2017, which will be awarded during embedded world.
The new TESSY 4.0 offers amongst others full support for C++, a user-friendly variant management module for a simplified testing of code variants and UUID (Universal Unique Identifier) to uniquely mark test cases and modules within the tool. TESSY supports all common micro controllers, compilers and debuggers and is certified by TÜV SÜD for the development of safety relevant software according to IEC 61508 and ISO 26262. The Classification Tree Editor (CTE), which is fully integrated in TESSY 4.0, will be demonstrated in a new Eclipse-based version.
For the certification and system test tools ITE (Integrated Test Environment) and CCDL (Check Case Definition Language) Razorcat has prepared a special demo for embedded world 2017: On the example of a lift model, Razorcat will demonstrate how test cases can be specified from the system level down to failure injection on MCU level and run a full requirement based test process. The graphic editor CTE supports the user-friendly setup for these test cases with the help of the classification tree methodology.
In addition to the show, Razorcat is also participating in the embedded world Conference 2017. On Thursday, March 16, Michael Wittner, CEO of Razorcat Development GmbH, will give two consecutive presentations on “Software Variants Testing Made Easy“ and “Ready-to-Deploy Certification Testing and Traceability“.
