Besides the presentation of the new version 5.1 of TESSY, we will also present a unit and integration test with the possibility to stimulate and evaluate hardware signals. For this purpose, the TESSY THAI (TESSY Hardware Abstraction Interface) coupling is used in conjunction with a Raspberry Pi, which is connected to the hardware under test via various I/O connections. In addition to the usual test data, the I/O hardware signals are available to the user in the Test Interface Editor (TIE), which can be defined individually for each test step. The TESSY THAI interface is already available from TESSY version 4.1.
