TESSY 3.1 (compared to TESSY 3.0) features additional coverage measurements, automatic test case generation and full command line support for continuous integration processes.
The coverage selection within TESSY 3.1 is based on the applicable standard for your development project (e.g. ISO 26262 or IEC 61508). The recommended coverage measurements according to each standard are enabled by default.
Automatic test case generation within TESSY 3.1 is based on input ranges or value lists for input variables which are permutated to derive the resulting test steps. These generator test case specifications can be changed later to produce an adapted set of test steps.
