TESSY 4.0 (compared to TESSY 3.2) features full C++ support, easy and straightforward testing of software variants, universally unique identifiers (UUID) to uniquely identifying all objects of TESSY, minimized memory usage for test execution to optimize testing of large projects, new features for regression testing using the command line interface (CLI) and the possibility to exclude individual test cases from the test execution.
The coverage selection within TESSY 4.0 is based on the applicable standard for your development project (e.g. ISO 26262 or IEC 61508). The recommended coverage measurements according to each standard are enabled by default.

IMPORTANT LICENSE INFORMATION v4.0
Please note: You will need a license to operate TESSY 4.0. License keys for TESSY 3.2 or less cannot be used with version 4.0. Customers with a valid maintenance contract did already receive an updated license file. Customers without a valid maintenance contract have the possibility after the installation of TESSY to request a time-limited evaluation license online.
